No Need To Do Exercises To Keep Yourself Fit

If you consistently have an uneasy, unhealthy feeling, is it good? And will you be able to work at your best if you are not fit enough? There cannot be any doubts whatsoever over the answers to these questions because the answers are certainly in the negative. Of course, if you have an unhealthy feeling, you may look for suggestions that can help you lead a healthy life. But the suggestions of almost every expert out there consist only of diet and exercise regimens. Whether these regimens will certainly yield results or not is an ongoing debate.

Setting aside this debate, there may be many who may readily embrace the suggestion of following a diet regimen consisting of nutritious foods. But they may have their own inhibitions or reservations towards opting for a good exercise regimen. If this strikes a chord with you, you may hate the word "exercises." In fact, the very word may intimidate you. Even if you make up your mind to begin your exercise regimen, you may not continue with it for long, thanks to your lack of grit or determination. So, how can you keep yourself fit without doing exercises? Is it possible? The answer is: Yes. It is possible to keep your fitness at the right level even without doing your daily exercises. How? We will find out in this post.

The fact is that not keeping fit can be the biggest sin you are committing. Remember that you can never achieve optimum productivity without being fit. Though eating nutritious foods and shunning unhealthy ones can help you, you will derive only 30% of the desired results from these steps. This means you cannot assume that you can be fully fit by opting for a nutritious diet regimen. The question now is: How can you fill the shortfall? Here are the suggestions:

1. Regardless of whether you are doing a desk job or a blue-collar job, you have to compulsorily take a break once every hour. This break is not meant for drinking coffee or other beverages or for eating snacks that may derail your efforts to keep fit. But the break is for taking micro walks such as a stroll in the nearby park or in an adjacent open space. In other words, you should provide enough "activity fodder" to your calf muscles. Remember the biological fact that your calf muscles are your second heart. The "activity fodder" you provide to them will do a world of good to help you keep fit.

Another suggestion may be that when you return home from your workplace, you can walk the distance. Of course, it may not be possible to walk to your workplace in the morning hours because you may be in a hurry. Even if your workplace is far away from your home, you can walk half the distance while returning home.

Never use a vehicle to go to a nearby shopping mall, temple, or Church. Simply put, you should always find opportunities to keep your calf muscles strong so that you can be certain of your overall fitness.

2. The assumption that the nutritious foods you consume will supply all the nutrients your body requires is wrong. One of the nutrients known as Brown Fat or Brown Adipose Tissue is a body shrinker and researchers have found that this nutrient can help people keep their fitness at the desired levels. Unfortunately, the nutrients you consume may not provide you with this nutrient known as BAT. This means you have to necessarily go for supplements to get this nutrient. If you consume these supplements regularly, you can keep fit and at the same time, need not worry about getting overweight or fat.

In summary, if you are an exercise-hater, you need not worry about your fitness. You can embrace the above steps and lead a healthy life. This is not to advocate a dislike towards good exercise regimens. If possible, you can design one that suits you. But sticking to the regimen is important. The suggestions given in the post except the one that talks about supplements are purely for those who go crazy when somebody talks about exercise regimens.

How To Burn The Fat Of Your Body And Lead A Healthy Life

There can not be anyone who does not want to be healthy. But, if you are fat, you can not consider yourself healthy though you may not at present have any problems with your health. There are many ailments that can be caused if one is fat. Diabetes, heart ailments, blood pressure, etc. are major ailments that may be caused if a person is fat. So, it is necessary that you should burn your fat if you want to be healthy.

For burning your fat, you should mainly focus on two things. Firstly, you should know what to eat and how to eat. The second point is you must know how you should burn your calories. If you eat wrong foods in the wrong manner, you are certain to get fat. Likewise, if you do not burn your calories also, you will become fat.

But, this makes some people take the drastic step of crash-dieting or cutting down on their foods. This can be highly detrimental to their health. If you also have such a wrong notion, you should change your eating pattern and make a switch in your diets also, instead of taking these drastic steps. If you are eating 3 large meals, you should change this eating pattern. Your system can not burn completely the calories available in large meals. So, the calories that remain unused accumulate as fats. But, if you eat smaller meals, your system will be able to burn the entire calories. So, you should be taking 6 smaller meals instead of 3 larger meals. This eating pattern will improve your metabolism. There should be a change in your diets also. You should stop eating processed foods, fat and sugary items, etc. and instead, choose items that can burn the fat of your body. These are called fiber diets. Green vegetables, fresh fruits, wholesome grains, beans, nuts, etc. are fat burning fiber foods. You should eat more of them.

You should have a lot of physical activity for burning your calories. If you are not able to devote time for exercises, you can make small changes in your routine. Instead of using lifts and elevators, you can use steps for climbing up and down the stairs. If your job requires that you should keep sitting for longer hours in the same place, you should get up once in 20 minutes and have a stroll. You can walk back from your workplace to home in the evenings. In a nutshell, you should use every opportunity to engage in some physical activity or the other. By doing so, you can burn your calories. If it is possible for you to devote time for doing exercises, you can do it but you should do your exercises on a consistent basis.

By making these changes in your diets and physical activities, you can burn the fat of your body and lead a healthy life.

You may come across many seniors daily but among them, one may be fit and the others may have an aged appearance with old looks. You may think that it is due to genetics that one is fit and the others are not so fit. But, in reality, this is not the reason. Researches have proved that the aged looks are due to lack of exercises and not because of their calendar age. This proves that if seniors continue to do their exercises, they can be fit and can also defy aging.

Especially, strength training can improve bone density even in women who have already had their menopause. In addition to these exercises, they should take sufficient doses of calcium citrate supplement for improving their bone density.

It has also been proved that regular exercises heal skin problems in these seniors. In general, skin problems do not heal easily for aged people. But, if they have a good fitness regimen, with the the help of appropriate medications, they can accelerate the healing.

Stress is a major cause that deteriorates memory in seniors. But, if they do their regular exercises, they can surmount this problem and preserve their memory. In addition to that, with the help of these exercises, they can experience a sense of well-being which will improve their overall general health and immunity.

Nowadays, most of the seniors are affected by Alzheimer’s but by doing certain cardiovascular exercises, they can prevent dementia and Alzheimer’s disease. Cardiovascular exercises improve blood circulation and so, this benefits their brains also. It is better they start doing exercises like brisk walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, etc. from their middle age itself so that they can keep themselves free from the fear of these problems. Further, they can live independently if they keep themselves fit and free from these problems.

If seniors ensure to have a healthy and nutritious diet along with these exercises, they can prevent teeth loss also. Mainly, they can prevent periodontal disease which is the main reason for loss of teeth.

It is a known fact that seniors lose their muscles quite fast. But, if they are into a good fitness regimen, they can safely reverse sarcopenia or muscle loss. Their fitness regimen should necessarily consist of strength training exercises. Sarcopenia starts affecting people from the age of around 45 and hence, people should start doing strength training exercises from their forties.

Another study says that if seniors do their exercises regularly, their longevity also increases. This is especially important for those who are already affected by blood pressure, diabetes or heart problems.

From the foregoing, it is quite evident that elders should have a good fitness regimen and combine it with a healthy diet regimen for leading a healthy and long life.
